On the fourth of July my neighborhood woke up to a wonderful surprise. Someone had lined the whole street on both sides with American flags. It really set the mood for the whole day. There wasn't anything planned in the neighborhood, but people stayed outside and talked longer. It wasn't the civic league and no one knows who did it. They must have gotten up early. I didn't have one of your slips with me - but I will print some out and keep them in my car. I had a coupon for a free icecream at the place across from a store I was at. I put the coupon on the car next to me as I was driving out. I figure maybe they would come out and think, "I can have an icecream!" I know that is "small" but who would not smile at a free icecream!
